چکیده
The purpose of this study is to determine the energy use efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in peach production that took place Kırklareli province Turkey during 2020-2021 season. This includes calculations input, output, efficiency, specific energy, productivity, net input types, GHG ratio. Survey, observation data are related obtained from were collected 16 different farms (reachable) through face-to-face surveys with full count method. Energy output calculated as 19 570.58 MJ/hm2 471.94 MJ/hm2, respectively. With regards inputs, 55.70% inputs consisted chemical fertilizers (10 900.03 MJ/hm2), 9.46% chemicals (1852.10 9.32% human labour (1823.13 7.65% electricity (1497.28 6.91% diesel fuel (1351.52 4.73% irrigation water (926.10 3.43% machinery (671.98 1.88% transportation (367.72 0.88% farmyard manure (171.80 MJ/hm2) 0.05% lime (8.94 MJ/hm2). productivity 0.99, 1.91 MJ/kg, 0.52 kg/MJ –98.64 consumed total was classified 28.60% direct 71.40% indirect 14.93% renewable 85.07% non-renewable. A Comparative Study of Energy Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions of Canola Production
In this research, the energy flow and production energy indices of canola cultivation in Trakya province of Turkey, Golestan and Mazandaran provinces of Iran were compared. Diesel fuel and chemical fertilizer inputs were the highest consumer of energy in the production of canola in these three regions. The results indicated that despite the higher energy use of machinery in Trakya province of T...
متن کاملEnergy use efficiency, GHG emissions, and carbon efficiency of paddy rice production in Iran
The energy efficiency, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and carbon efficiency of paddy rice production were analysed in Sari in the Mazandaran province of Iran during 2011–2012. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with paddy producers. The results showed that the net energy gain was 27,932 MJ ha-1 and energy efficiency was 1.83 during production. The results o...

متن کاملOptimal crop management can reduce energy use and greenhouse gases emissions in rainfed canola production
Energy use and greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions in rainfed canola production in north eastern Iran were analyzed to find measures to reduce energy use and GHG emissions. Four production scenarios, i.e. a high-input, a low-input, a better crop management and a usual scenario, evaluated. All activities and production processes were monitored and recorded over three consecutive years. The usua...
